工作原理
本機(jī)采用了渦流的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，在粉碎室內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)大的氣流。物料在負(fù)壓下由進(jìn)料口被吸入粉碎室，在葉片與模塊間強(qiáng)大的氣流作用下，產(chǎn)生沖擊、剪切和研磨，由氣流將粉碎室的熱量帶走，是粉碎過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的熱量不會(huì)急劇升溫。成品物料從篩網(wǎng)流出，提高生產(chǎn)率，粉碎細(xì)度可由篩網(wǎng)的目數(shù)自行調(diào)節(jié)，成品細(xì)度均勻穩(wěn)定。
